Panela is a natural sweetener obtained from evaporated sugarcane juice, avoiding any refinement process unlike traditional granulated sugar and other sweeteners, delivering both a unique flavor profile and balanced sweetness.
Due to the use of heat treatment, without chemical reactions, Panela retains vitamins and minerals naturally found in the sugarcane (calcium, iron, potassium, and magnesium).
